well, I gave it a whirl but it seems to consistently run very, very poorly and then outright freezes my machine.

I had 4GB of RAM in my PC yesterday and for two days it slowed down my PC when i exited game or alt-tabbed... So for a try I had a spare 4GB in my draw so i put it into my machine to make it 8GB and I have no problems with freezing or slow PC after closing down or alt-tabbing. Seems to be a very RAM hoggin game atm, hope they fix it... but overall its a blast and Ive put 22 hours into it so far!

I've got:

phenom x4
4Gb ram
AMD 5700 (1gb)

and i'm perfectly fine, go figure. I don't think there is any obvious answer to why some people get problems and some don't...
