I'm actually really glad they didn't find him insane.

21 years is not that much, but he'll never get out I don't think.

How not, if he's declared sane? That is, provided he serves his 21 years without issue. He's likely not to be paroled early though.

Legally they have to put a minimum term on sentences, but he'll be held indefinitely - it's just some red tape etc. Yeah if he got paroled early I'd say that was a bit of a joke.
