Dual Monitors

..it was most certainly longer ago than a decade that I considered it mandatory to have two monitors for gaming -- not to do anything really fancy, but at the very least to have, say, a web site and your VOIP window open on one and the game on another.. it's a game-changer: steam on one game on other? what about origin or just mumble?

how many of you do the same or more/less? I know I could never do gaming w/less than 2 displays..

I literally cannot survive without a 2nd monitor now it's just so much effort without one, playing games on windowed full screen so you can tab out to chat etc while seeing whats going on in the game is so nice

3 Monitors Eyefinity
Also good for coding.

I wouldn't say that 3 monitors is mandatory at all, but it does give you a much larger FOV to work with

So after experimenting in several games with an eyefinity / 3 monitor setup, I have come to the sad realisation that this is more a gimmick than a way to actually play games.

I've gone back to a single screen setup for gaming, and find things work much easier. There are very few games which properly support the GUI and FOV issues that accompany a triple screen setup.
