New keyboard

Post by XtracerD » Tue Sep 02, 2008 8:23 pm

As some of you may have heard, I broke my beautiful G15 keyboard on the trip to i34, and I have decided to not repair it and instead get a new keyboard instead (unless someone is willing to donate me an old G15 danish keyboard).
Anyway, the keyboards I've been looking at so far are:
Logitech G15 (new one)
Logitech Wave
Saitek Eclipse II (the one with the pink LEDs)
Razer Lycosa (the one Cookies won in the Legacy tournament)

My current bets are either Lycosa or the Wave one, although I am concerned that the Wave board isn't very gamer-friendly. The thing with Lycosa is that there's no "true danish" layout afaik, aswell as the keyboard being kind of pricey. Any thoughts?

I'd go for the G15, even with no gimmicks the keyboard is very solid and responsive. It's just a good keyboard all around. Ergonomic keyboards take a lot of getting used to, and no ergonomic keyboards are ever the same.
