Android Rooting

Post by Alien24 » Sun Sep 25, 2011 11:48 pm

Was wondering if any of you techs out there have ever done this. I have so I can use my SD card as internal memory to gain more space, but not sure what all I can do with it. If anyone has or is thinking about it lets chat it up.

I did it to my Galaxy S. Then I installed a custom kernel (SpeedMod). And then I found an awesome ROM called Darky's ROM that finished it off nicely. GUI looked so much swankier, and the phone ran like a bat out of hell. I dread to think what can be done with custom ROMs and kernels on the SGS2.
